Our goals:
Steve has worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years having graduated from Westminster College in 1977 where he trained as a Chef. He worked in hotels, restaurants and contract catering prior to managing pubs for Millhouse Inns and other pub groups.
Steve gained experience as a stocktaker with Trust House Forte and has helped a number of companies design their own in-house stock auditing systems. His mix of practical experience and financial knowledge has enabled him to assist many clients in improving the performance of their businesses. He also provides consultancy services to many clients, advisiing on menu structure and content, restaurant design and theming, staff training and customer service.
When relaxing Steve enjoys photography, walking and swimming and his grand children.
When Barbara left school she worked as a bookkeeper before taking time out to bring up her children. Initially when she returned to work she worked in pubs where she gained an insight in to the industry. She later worked as part of the Southwell management couple for Millhouse Inns, where she became recognised for her management and training skills.
Barbara had run her own bookkeeping business for a number of years prior to entering the pub trade with Steve. Now we have teamed up again to bring and "one stop" solution for our clients.

Sarah joined SC Stock Auditors in May 2006 having previously worked as a Public House Manager for a small pub group. She has 6 years experience in pubs having worked for Punch and Millhouse Inns among others.
Sarah's eye for detail is second to none. She works closely with her clients ensuring that they get the maximum benefit from reports she produces.
Lisa, a mother of two joined SC Stock Auditors in July 2006 working initially in a part-time capacity. Like the rest of the team Lisa has a number of years experience in the pub and restaurant industries.
